Use this page to understand order stages and contact support about a shipment. This page does not show fake tracking results. Official tracking must come from the carrier tracking number, marketplace order, or connected fulfillment system.

Order Status Stages
Processing
Warehouse or fulfillment operations review the order and prepare it for packing.
Packed
The order is packed, labeled, and prepared for carrier pickup or drop-off.
Shipped
The carrier receives the package and provides official tracking updates.
Delivered
The package is marked delivered by the official carrier tracking system.
Carrier tracking
When a real carrier tracking number is available, the customer should use the official carrier link from their order email, marketplace order page, or support response. CreatorGoat Warehouse will not display invented delivery statuses.
